Veggie-Stuffed Savoury Muffins for Kids

From the moment they wake to the moment they’re out the door, the demands of the morning routine are endless for any parent, who face a chock-a-block to-do list before the day even begins!

That’s why having healthy options like these Veggie-Stuffed Savoury Muffins are a lifesaver when it comes to getting the family ready and out the door. Simply add this to their lunchbox for a healthy snack that’s ready to grab on the go and eats up none of your precious time in the morning!

These hearty savoury muffins for kids use a range of mixed vegetables with sauteed onions to make a flavoursome savoury snack that’s packed with goodness and perfect for any time of the day. Dairy-free, easy to make, and using everyday ingredients that you will most likely already have at home, these muffins are super tasty and satisfying.

Easily tweakable to your sprouts' particular tastes, feel free to experiment with different mixes of vegetables. You can swap out the fillings, or try doubling or up on your favourite seasonal veggies!

While the ingredients can be swapped and changed to your little ones’ tastes, we’d recommend staying steadfast with caramelized onion, which in combination with the sweetcorn is the perfect sweet flavour combination that makes these muffins burst with flavour!
