Filling Vegan Protein Cookies for Kids

Now, we know what you’re thinking: cookies for snack time?! They’ll be bouncing off the walls! For your run-of-the-mill, store-bought cookie that's packed with sugar and preservatives, we would agree. But trust us, this recipe whips up cookies that are packed with nutrients!

The peanut butter combined with our Junior Plant Protein Shake not only pack all the protein, vitamins and minerals your kids need to keep up with their busy schedules, but these ingredients also make this sweet snack super satisfying to tide them over until their next meal.

A great snack between meals or after-dinner treat, your little sprouts are bound to love these delicious cookies!

Makes: 6 cookies 


  • 1 cup oats 
  • 1 scoop Junior Plant Protein Shake (Chocolate or Vanilla) 
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter 
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk 
  • Pinch of salt 


  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate, cut into pieces


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Blend the ingredients (minus the chocolate chunks) in a food processor until a dough is formed.
  3. Take out the dough and add the chocolate pieces, kneading until evenly mixed.
  4. Shape dough into cookies and add to a lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes and set aside to cool.
  6. Enjoy!
